Just as there are many improvements, expansions and changes to many Colusa County Fair events, a annual cooking proof theatre has a new format as well.
This year, a chefs will be portion an ongoing plate to satisfactory patrons.
The Progressive Buffet will start portion during 1 p.m. Jun 12 in a Community Building. Throughout a afternoon and early evening, guest will be served a five-course plate — libation and appetizers, soup and salad, side dishes, entrée and bread and dessert and coffees/teas will be served in a sit-down, family-style setting. This is a giveaway event; there is no assign for tickets, though reservations to assure seating are required.

“For many years, we have had good chefs ready some really juicy dishes on a stage,” pronounced Kathy Craigo, an organizer of a stage. “The new format of on-going dining was a idea from a chefs. Everyone is looking brazen to portion a cooking and pity their recipes and cooking tips.
“The Community Building is a fairground’s newest building and it has a comfort of atmosphere conditioning,” Craigo said. “It’s a good place to cold off and relax for a while.”
